An annual independent audit of the Children and Families Commission of Orange County financial statements includes an expanded audit compliance requirements mandated by AB 109/SB 35. The auditors conduct their audit work in accordance with all standards applicable to financial audits, including generally accepted auditing standards, standards and procedures applicable to financial audits, including generally accepted auditing standards, standards and procedures issued by the California State Controller’s Office, and Government Auditing Standards issued by the Comptroller General of the United States.
